Celebs model at Glamour Soiree event
It was an elegant affair when celebs such as Ama K Abebrese, Joselyn Dumas, Stephanie Benson, Michelle Mckinney Hammond, Blondy Otu Face of Fidelity Bank amongst others modelled at a glamour soiree event held at the Villa Monticello in Accra last Saturday.

The celebrities modelled in gold-adorn gowns showing ‘orientalism’ with inspirational flowing embroidered finery which complimented the beauty and splendour of the designs.
The Glamour Soiree is an initiative of Lola Owulabi, Creative Director of UK fabric brand, Inspired Beauty by Lola in collaboration with Vanessa Harrison of VH Mode, one of Ghana’s haute couture red carpet designers.
The glitzy night saw patrons being treated to a glamorous fashion show by VH Mode’s “Baroque Era Haute Couture Collection” which was filled with extravagant effects, luxurious fabrics, patterns and colourful fabrics designed by Inspired Beauty by Lola.
Speaking at the event, Vanessa Harrison said, “Glamour Soiree was created to exhibit the exquisite handcrafted fabrics by Inspired by Beauty UK and the alluring designs made out of these designs.”
She stated that the event serves as a platform to showcase her creations on fuller figure models and move away from the conventional skinny models the public is used to.
Vanessa added “I am inspired by the people I design for as I want them to be comfortable, confident and happy with whatever they wear irrespective of their body size.”
There were performances from Stephanie Benson, Faith Bekoe and the young acoustic performer David Addo Gyan.
