Abraham Attah scores for school team

Ghanaian Hollywood actor Abraham Attah could soon be lacing-up his boots for any of Ghana's junior national teams if he keeps finding the target for his Cheshire Academy boys team.

Attah, 16, opened the scoring for his Cheshire Academy school team in a 2-1 loss to Williston Northampton on Wednesday.

Attah scored from an assist from Russ Tevie in the 44th minute but a brace by Woort-Menker in the 68th and 90th minute ensured that Williston run-out victors.

Attah has already shown that he is multi-talented earning a 4.0 GPA score at the end of his first school year in the United States.

He was presented with the Scholastic Improvement Award for his achievement.

Abraham Attah moved to the US last year to continue his education and career and enrolled at the Cheshire Academy in Connecticut.

He made his name as a child actor in his feature film debut in Beasts of No Nation.

For his leading role of child soldier Agu, Attah was awarded the Marcello Mastroianni's Best Young Actor Award at the 72nd Venice International Film Festival.

He also appeared in the blockbuster movie Spider-Man: Homecoming.

He is also the ambassador for the Free Education Policy in Ghana which was recently rolled out.
