Tsoobi to release Holy Water in June

Rhoda Yaa Ohenewaa Darko is a fast rising new sensation of Dancehall music in Ghana who goes by the stage name Tsoobi. 

Born on October 24, 1996, Tsoobi, an old student of St Mary's Senior High School is  one of the few female Dancehall acts in the country.

And what makes Tsoobi different from other artistes in the genre is her ability to write her own songs and her fluency in Jamaican Patois, which she learnt from an uncle who is a Rastafarian. 

Some of her works include Ring My Thing, Slow Down and Ride On (cover of  Rihanna’s Work) has caught the attention of Dancehall and music lovers, winning her a lot of fans in Ghanaian music industry. 

She is set to release her next single Holy Water on Thursday, June 2, which will be followed by a video shortly. 

Doing music has always been Tsoobi’s dream since infancy but this became a reality last year when she joined record label +816 Entertainment. 

The zeal to achieve greater heights in her chosen field has always been her inspiration and a tool which has kept her moving forward.

Tsoobi is an intelligent, versatile, jovial, fun loving lady who prides herself with her signature #Maadie.
