Knii Lante for Piano Bar

It is getting to Christmas and Piano Bar, the live music venue at the GREDA  Estate Shell Roundabout at Teshie-Nungua in Accra, has introduced a series dubbed ‘A Walk Into The Christmas Magic’ to usher in the festive season.

The first bash in the series is ‘A Night of Reggae, Jazz & More with Knii Lante & Friends’ on Saturday, December 10.

The multiple award-winning Knii Lante has been a major force on the contemporary scene for a while now and he commands a fair following, especially among reggae lovers.

Though a reggae man at heart, he is often able to blend rhythms from other genres that make his output acceptable to a wide range of popular music lovers.

Apart from the rhythmic approach, his lyrics also cover areas such as romantic love, political awareness and spiritual contentment.

He is expected to dish out a mix of his popular songs such as Baby Take Good Care, House of Pain, Can’t Give Up, Beautiful Virgo, Thinking Out Loud, Killa Machine, Loving You and We Love Dem Still at the 8.00pm show.

Some of his friends who are also entrenched names on the reggae/ dancehall circuit will also perform. They will all be backed by the hard-hitting Big Hills Band.
