Dansoman celebrates Ghana@60 with style

To make the celebration of the Ghana @ 60 worthwhile for residents of Dansoman, a surburb  of Accra, event company, Shingx Vibration Incorporated in collaboration with the Ghana @ 60 committee has lined up a number of activities including a concert to liven up Dansoman and its environs.

The hood which boasts of some of the biggest musicians in the country will have Jupitar, Samini, Kaakie, Trigmatic and Epixode lead the pack of artistes selected to perform at specific locations in Dansoman.

Aside the musicians who will entertain the crowd on the night, politicians, footballers and businessmen like Michael Essien , Fritz Baffour, Sulley Muntari, Lord Commey, Bola Ray, JMJ, Ursula Owusu, Appietus,  Nana King among others  are expected  to join the musicians in what the organisers say is aimed at fostering the unity among residents from diverse backgrounds.

JMJ, a resident of Dansoman and a member of the organising team, said they decided to put musicians, footballers, businessmen and politicians together to bring the attention of the public to the “distinguished personalities groomed in Dansoman”.

“Dansoman has produced very great talents from different professional backgrounds and this occasion is a good platform to fraternise,” he said.

According to him, this will be an annual event to bring residents together.
