In recent times, Nigerian acts such as Patoranking, Mr Eazi, Flavour among others have cut their teeth in the music industry in Ghana and the list keeps ‘bloating’. Latest from Naija to capture the hearsts of Ghanaians with her music skills is Boss Bae with her single, City Cover.

The fast tempo Dancehall song produced by Brain Work has a very catchy chorus which can easily stay on the lips of listeners.

Talking to Showbiz, Boss Bae said she has always had her eyes on music. “Since childhood, everyone knew I loved music. And listening to Nigerian Dancehall artiste Timaya, Bob Marley, Culture and Vybz Kartel inspired me to write my own music.

“After observing the process of music production in a nearby studio, I started recording and incorporating different styles into my craft”, the up and coming Dancehall musician said.

Shedding more light on her style, Boss Bae told Showbiz, “I write my own lyrics and do strictly Dancehall even though I will love to do something outside my comfort zone someday like play instruments or delve into Hip Hop, but for now it is one step at a time”.

With dreams of working with artistes such as Shatta Wale, Patoranking and Alkaline in future, Boss Bae will be dropping another single Bag A Hole accompanied by its video at the end of the year.
