“I love to dance and I guess that's one thing that has always inspired me to do more danceable songs and also come up with my own dance moves.

“For one who comes from the coast, dancing is a hobby and I’m not surprised it has always reflected in my music,” he told Showbiz on the sidelines after the official launch of Khukukhaka last Saturday at the Kakalika Plaza on the Spintex Road, Accra.

“Dance is a form of exercise and it is really good to listen to my kind of songs and dance your worries away because life can be hectic sometimes.

“Also, I always choose unusual titles for my songs because that attract attention,” was Adolf’s answer to why he gives such titles to his songs.

According to Adolf, Khukukhaka which means “There’s hope” is to set the minds of his fans on his new album which will be released this year after releasing Rokpokpo Dance which featured Sarkodie and Hot Shot.

Produced by Harlem Music production, Khukukhaka is an Afrop Pop piece which thrives on popular beats from the coastal areas of Ghana. The song which features Gasmilla tells the story of how people must not look down on poor people but treat others right since there’s always hope in what seems to be a lifeless situation

Rendered in the Twi and Ga languages, the duo take turns to bring attention to the effects of arrogance and entreats a peaceful co-existence in society.

The video of Khukukhaka, which is the third single from his upcoming album was premiered at the event.
