1023 Laughs on Boxing Day

Patrons will be treated to good music as they split their sides with laughter from witty jokes from both local and international comedians.

Speaking in an interview with Showbiz, George Quaye, PR of Charterhouse, organisers of the event said this year’s event is going to be great considering the comedians and the musicians on board.

Making the music list this year include rapper E.L, gospel musician Joe Mettle and MTN hitmaker winner Kelvin.

“The reigning Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) Artiste of the Year, E L is one of the hottest musicians currently and our outfit felt he was the best musician for the occasion. His songs Shelele, Aunty Martha, Koko among others cut across both the older and the younger generation.

“Joe Mettle has also proven himself very useful since he hit the limelight and with the MTN hitmaker winner Kevin adding up to the list, I strongly believe the show is going to be great” he said.

He went on to say that the comedians were selected based on their achievements and how good they are.

“ So on Monday, December 26, comedians who will mount the stage to make patrons double up with laughter include Foster Romanus, DKB, Lekzy De Comic  from Ghana and Gordons, Klint Da Drunk, Ban D’ humorous and Kenny Black from Ghana.
