Using her career path as a testimony, she said: “With the right attitude, the willingness to work hard, even with minimal remuneration and desire for self-improvement, you will be preparing yourself for the road to success whether as employees, or preferably, employers.”

She was speaking at the 6th Congregation of the University of Professional Studies (UPSA) in Accra.

She also urged them to develop a positive attitude towards their work and to explore the numerous opportunities that come their way.

“I encourage you all to develop the right attitude to excel and avoid the negative perception that women are not good entrepreneurs and strive to get to the top of your careers because the sky would be your limit,” she said.

She also encouraged them to exhibit the right professional attitude in every task they undertake, particularly during the national service period, and assured them of endless opportunities.

She said, “Give your best. Continue to develop yourselves by reading extensively and updating yourselves in the area of your profession. I know that most of you spend a lot of time on social media such as whatsApp, among others.” She urged them to use these tools “not only for leisure, but to increase your knowledge to be on top of your profession.”
