One Airport Square open for full business

A world class multi-storey and modern commercial building, with ground floor for retailing situated in Airport City has been fully opened for business.

Seen as the first green commercial building in West Africa, the new edifice, known as: “One Airport Square,” is said to be the new preferred choice for commercial and retail businesses in Accra.

A release issued in Accra by the managers of the facility said: “One Airport Square has premium office space unmatched in Ghana. This includes an atrium with high ceiling, a ground floor lobby and a landscaped public piazza with cafés, restaurants, gym, shops and other services for the office occupiers and the public.”

“The facility can be tailored to meet the specific needs of every tenant. Its flexible office space configuration can be arranged into open plan or cellular offices,” adding that “Serviced Offices available on the 8th floor have state-of-the-art ready-to-use, fully furnished and serviced offices and meeting spaces, offering flexible lease options, including hourly rates for space usage”.

The release said the team at One Airport Square offered administrative, technical and operational support “which allows our clients to focus on their core businesses.” The serviced offices also come well equipped with shower facilities, massage and reflexological services to help ease the tension of a hectic work day.

It said the square also had an onsite events centre that could be used for corporate events, cocktails, seminars, weddings etc.
