Enterprise Life makes strategic changes
Enterprise Group has rappointedan insurance sales and marketing professional, Mrs Jacqueline Benyi, as the Executive Director of Enterprise Life.
Mrs Benyi takes over from Mr C. C. Bruce (Jnr), who has been elevated to the position of Chief Operations Officer of Enterprise Group.

A statement from the insurance group said Mrs Benyi joined the company at its inception in 2001 as a Sales Manager and became the Tema Branch Manager the following year.
She has since risen through the ranks, becoming the Head of Customer Services, Head of New Business, Assistant General Manager in charge of Sales & Marketing and General Manager, Operations.
She holds a degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Ghana and an EMBA in Finance from the University of Ghana Business School.
Mrs Benyi is also a Chartered Insurer and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK. Jacqueline further holds Advanced Diplomas in Life and Disability Underwriting and Life & Disability Claims from the Assurance Medical Society of London.
“These qualifications make her the first professional life underwriter and claims assessor in Ghana,” the statement said.
She has also completed a Senior Management Development Programme at the University of Stellenbosch and Executive Leadership Development Programme at the Gordon Institute of Business Science, University of Pretoria.
Addressing a section of the press, the Executive Director of Enterprise Life reiterated her passion to continue upholding the outstanding feats and successes chalked up by her predecessor.
“Our focus as a company is to remain relevant to our customers, both existing and potential customers. This we aim to do by simply being the best in all we do, in our service delivery, our operational efficiency, our distribution, our products and our people,” she said.
The top management of the Enterprise Group and partner Sanlam have reposed a lot of confidence in Mrs Benyi, expressing the hope that she had the technical knowledge and leadership qualities which would enable her to build on what Mr Bruce had achieved.
