The CIMG Awards night which was held at the Banquet Hall of the State House on October 8, 2016, saw leaders of industry rewarded for championing the role and value of marketing as a critical tool for business development.

The General Manager for the resort, Mr Victor Opoku Minta, expressed gratitude to CIMG for deeming it fit to award the hotel for its efforts in sales and marketing not only of the hotel, but of tourist facilities and the country as a whole.

He said that was evident in the numerous and diverse facilities and products available for the convenience and budgets of every guest of the hotel.

The general manager also acknowledged the tremendous contributions and investments that the owners and directors of the facility, Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom and Mrs Yvonne Nduom, had made to ensure that the Coconut Grove Hotels remained the biggest indigenous chain in Ghana and beyond.

The chain is already present in Accra, Sakumono, Elmina and Obuasi.
