CAL Bank opens new branch at Esiama

Cal bank has opened a new branch at Esiama in the Western Region to help serve people in the community and its environs.

The Esiama branch brings the total number of CAL Bank’s branches to 26.The opening of the Esiama branch is in line with the bank’s strategic goal of expanding its delivery channels and presence to customers. It is also aimed at enhancing CALBank’s market share within the retail and corporate banking space, a statement from the bank said. “With its state-of-the-art facilities and well-trained staff, customers are guaranteed efficient banking solutions to meet their everyday needs. Customers will be able to access CAL Bank’s bouquet of corporate and retail banking services at the new Esiama branch as is the case with other CAL branches,” the statement said.

It quoted the Managing Director of the bank, Mr Frank Adu Jnr, as saying the bank was always aiming at deliverying services that meet customers’ needs. “Over the years, we have been committed to this promise and have ensured that we continuously offer customers comprehensive banking solutions. The Esiama branch will create sustainable value for our corporate and retail clients,” he added.

CAL Bank’s Head of Retail and Business Banking, Mr Samuel Ntow Affum, said the bank was happy to have opened an ultra-modern branch in the community. He said CAL Bank had over the years prided itself in the quality of its products and services, which made it one of the most innovative banks in Ghana. “We are very confident of top-of the line service delivery to our customers and business prospects within the community,” he said. Minister of Energy and Petroleum, and Member of Parliament for Ellembelle Constituency, Honourable Emmanuel Armah Kofi Buah, who was a special guest at the dedication ceremony, expressed his excitement about the opening of the branch. He was confident that the new branch would provide meaningful jobs for the people of Esiama and support business activity. He further gave the assurance that government would not renege efforts to support the growth of the banking industry as it worked to build a vibrant macro-economic environment.
