Adjiringanor Shop N Save Supermarket opens for business

A new shopping centre, ‘Shop N Save Supermarket’, located at Adjiringanor in theAdentan Municipality, has opened its doors to the public for business.

This brings to four the number of Shop NSave Supermarket branches in the country.

The others are located at Apremedo in Takoradi, Riz Junction at Madina and along the Spintex Road near Sakumono. The Adjiringanor Branch offers a good selection of leading brands of groceries including frozen foods, fruits, local grains, electrical home appliances as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The Managing Director, Shop N Save Supermarket, Mr Michael Edward Chambers, said the shopping centre was strategically positioned to provide excellent services to the public.

“We are a community based super market and would continue to ensure that the shops were within walking distances within communities,” he said. He said the supermarket was keen on maintaining a competitive advantage over other shopping centres, hence the strategic location for easy access.

The managing director announced that new branches would soon be opened in Kumasi, Tamale and other cities; adding that within the next two months Shop N Save Loyalty Card would be launched to further give more value to loyal customers as they would save more.

Guest speaker

The Lead Pastor of the Cedar Mountain Assemblies of God Church, East Legon in Accra, Reverend Dr Stephen Wengam, who was the guest speaker, was glad that the country was now opening up gradually for supermarkets.

He urged the management of Save N Shop Supermarket to maintain high standards in their service delivery to the public. Rev Dr Wengam, who is also the Chairman

of the Ghana Prisons Council, appealed to Ghanaians to eschew violence and to ensure peace before, during and after the December 7general election.

He said the prison conditions in the country was horrible and cautioned Ghanaians

against causing any violence as this could land them in prison.
