He said for now, the President had not completed the work God had asked him to do so there was no need to change him .

The chief said this when President Mahama met artisans at the Suame Magazine Industrial Area in Kumasi yesterday.

Nana Asraman predicted victory for President Mahama in the election and also called on the people to vote massively for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary candidate for Suame,  Mr Brogya Genfi.

He mentioned some of the development projects Breman had benefited under President Mahama's administration and added that the rehabilitation of the road network in the community, for instance, had given the area a new lease of life.

He dismissed statements by some opposition figures that the Kufuor government put money aside for the completion of the Sofoline Interchange Project before exiting office.

According to the Bremanhene, it was the Mahama administration that provided the funds for the completion of the project.

Modernising Suame Magazine

President Mahama thanked the artisans for the warm welcome and urged them to translate it into votes on December 7.

He gave the assurance that plans to turn the Suame Magazine into a modern industrial estate would not be abandoned.

The General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress  (NDC ), Mr Johnson Asiedu-Nketiah,  said as a social democratic party, the NDC valued the work of artisans .

He, therefore, urged the artisans to vote massively for the NDC.

Earlier, President Mahama made a whistle stop at the Sokoban Wood Village where he addressed woodworkers there.
