Investor describes Ghana as safe investment destination
The Chief Executive Officer of Peduase Valley Resort, Mr Hussein Fakhry, has described Ghana as conducive and viable place to invest.

According to him, the economic and political stability enjoyed in the country, coupled with the hospitality of the people is a clear testament to the conducive environment for investment.
Mr Fakhry said this in an interview with the Graphic Business in Accra on November 9, after the hotel hosted celebrities and high profile personalities including the Chairman of the National Development Planning Commission, Professor Kwesi Botchwey, to a cocktail at the hotel on November 10.
“As an investor, I need a place where I can invest and have positive returns on my investment”, he said.
According to him, since the hotel started operations barely a year ago, it had been able to provide jobs for the people within the community and gave the assurance that as the facility expanded, more people will engaged.
Quality of service
He said the hotel is set to leverage its exclusive customer service and natural ambience to drive traffic to the facility.
According to him, the hotel had effectively blended pure Ghanaian tradition and culture and added foreign touch to make its services unique and one of a kind in the industry.
Mr Fahkry said the resort had been strategically positioned to make access to Accra and other places much easier.
“This facility here in Aburi is strategic. We carefully studied the area before deciding on the site”, he said adding that “the area is not too sunny but it is cold enough to make lodging a unique experience for all”.
What is there
The resort which is just 23 minutes drive from Accra offers free WiFi. It has a well-furnished spa centre, pet-friendly accommodation and offers guests the opportunity to enjoy the on-site restaurant.
It has a total of 38 rooms, a spacious conference hall that sits about 150 people in a banquet style sitting, conference rooms for executives and corporates, a swimming pool and a range of other facilities that provides customers the ambience they deserve.
Expansion
Mr Fahkry said the shareholders of Peduase Valley Resort have plans to expand the hotel.
“This is just the first face of the three phase project. We intend to invest more to complete the second and third faces to accomplish the full dream of having a world class hotel facility comparable to any the world over,” Mr Fahkry said.
He said, so far, the patronage has been good, hence the need to begin the second face to meet the high demand for the hotel’s service.
Christmas packages
Mr Fahkry said the hotel was putting together package for its customers and potential customers to enable them to enjoy the Yuletide in a unique way.
According to him the full bouquet of events among other things would be released in due course to enable people to take a decision.
